SCOTT MIt was u hauls web site that doesn't work and caused a lot of confusion and bad feelings. I didn't answer the first question because the dealer worked great but u haul did not.
MICHAEL REveryone at the store was very knowledgeable and helpful. Picking it up and returning it went smoothly and quickly. We were back on the road in a short amount of time. One thing that could be improved upon is to add a pull-out ramp so you could roll heavier onto the floor easily and then slide it to the front.
