Ordered truck online with ou insurance , when returned truck I was charged insurance and was told it was mandatory. When called uhaul they said that I should I have a choice. No one want to take responsibility. Shame

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. TO PICKED UP THE RESERVED TRAILER WAS A HEADACHE PLUS THE OVER CHARGE ME AN EXTRA DAY, AFTER I RETURNED THE TRAILER THE SAME DAY. THIS LOCATION NEEDS A BETTER PROCEDURES AND MANAGEMENT.

I called this location and was told I would get a discount if I did the reservation online. I made a reservation online which they couldn’t find and still no discount. When I arrived they didn’t have a small truck available and I had to rent a bigger truck for more money. Then the guy tells me that it’s mandatory to charge for insurance and mandatory charge of mileage for 20 miles. I felt like I was being hustled because each time I inquired about something else the charges changed. In the end I went there expecting to 19.99 as advertised and spent over $50 for a truck for a couple of hours. Next time I will go to Home Depot where the price is as advertised.

Trailer was not properly attached to my car. As soon as I pulled out of driveway the trailer disconnected and hit my car. If not for a passing van with a nice man who attached it did not know what I would have done.

This location was fine. However I had a reservation at another location (SW 8 St & 2 Ave) were service was very bad and the truck dirty and full of water. I waited 30 minutes to be attended and had to return the truck because the service person did not want to remove the water.

I had rented a furniture dolly upon renting the Uhaul and I was told when I arrived to pick up the Uhaul that there was no dolly available. I needed to rush and make other arrangements.

I did not get the utility dolly at all not did I end up using any of the blankets which remain in the plastic bag untouched. I was told an adjustment would have been made to my reservation and bill but that was not done.

I tried to reserve the truck that I needed on their webpage but it never processed my order correctly and it never registered my order... there was some kind of computer glitch

I had until 7 o’clock to return the truck before the store closed But the individual running it said they were too busy and could not accommodate me I would have to check out online It wasn’t the end of the world but it was very unaccommodating I had to leave quickly to catch my flight back Only one individual spoke a little bit of English so it was very difficult to communicate

I wanted to rent a 10' truck, there was about 5 of them on site. I was told i could not because there were not available . Because of my need to move i ended up renting a 17' truck. 4 hours. After i returned the truck and to my surprise the rental was closed and all 5 10 'truck were there. I realized they just wanted to up sale me or make me rent a more expensive truck. Not a good experience.

I had to wait over 1 hour from my scheduled pick up time due to delays with another customer whose reservation did not appear in system causing my missing my pick up sheduled time for an item that ai will ave to pay to have delivered at a future date. Return also took forever and was never given y printed receipt.

The last customer brought his/ her pet inside of U-Haul truck after He/She returned it, never was it cleaned up and it was rented again with the seats cover with pet’s hair.

Me cobraron 2 días de renta y seguro cuando solo tuve el camión 5 horas,lo devolví con la misma cantidad de gasolina y aún así me cobraron también ,nunca me revisaron el camión antes de entregartelo,si dejas las llaves en el buzón te cierran el contrato tarde al otro día y en el sistema aparece como otro día de renta,poco profesionales en todo el sentido de la palabra, JAMAS RENTEN U-HAUL en este sitio!!!!

I have not had any luck with the uhaul authorized dealers during my move. After returning my vehicle and processing everything on my phone a man walks up to me and tells me to just turn the key into the gas station. I go to turn the key in and when I get in there is a line of people waiting for a uhaul with only two people working, while also ringing customers up for gas and other products. There was no room to stand in the gas station and for 20 minutes I kept being told to wait because One of the attendants apparently didn’t speak any English (as I found out later - after I watched another man ask someone to translate for him - because he was also frustrated). Finally another worker comes in and I tell him I just need to return the key that’s it and he wants to take me outside to reinspect the vehicle which also frustrates me because that had already been done and I just needed to give someone the key and leave. So overall this was a horrible experience. It is enough room in the store, it’s not enough people who actually know what they are doing, and it is not professional at all!! Uhaul needs to stop with these authorized dealers and just build more actual uhaul places with trained workers that work only for their company!!! While it’s a good business model, the authorized dealers are tarnishing the brand of the company. Later on before I left the gas station I finally spotted the uhaul drop box outside, it was not in a visible place and that’s where my key was supposed to be placed in all along!

The overall experience, average as anyone would expect but the truck was really dirty, full of sand. When i returned the truck hours later, I was told to clean it. The trucks should be leased the way you way they returned
