I found out the day before my move that they did not have the 20’ truck I’d reserved a month earlier. I specifically chose the 27th Ave location b.c I could walk there from my apt so I accepted a 15’ truck, but it caused a lot of problems for me that I could have resolved if I’d know at the time of booking.

Ramon VThere were no signs indicating where to go, Liberty nor U-Haul. I went to the property where the trucks are parked only to see an angry sign on the door "NOT U-HAUL!". To get any help with issues I had to wait and had no one that really knew anything. The trucks gas cover was broken, key chain was broken. Never again going to this location unless there is no choice at all.
