Advise people to allow extra time in planning trip because there is so many options in sizes and locations for pick up and return. With four grandchildren it seems as though one is always changing colleges or moving due to their jobs. Not once have I ever had a mechanical problem or a problem with heat or a/c. Pick up and drop off locations are always in safe area which is very important to me. My first rental was in 1989 with my daughters college move and I have no idea how many times I have used this company since then and hope to have many more. Thank you for your great customer service and the fast transaction.
