Trailer had busted bands in a tire and a bud hub. Personnel were NOT knowledgeable and provided little to no assistance. Trailer hook up was a self learning task, albeit, simple.

pat gInitial reservation was changed to a different location.i chose the location convenient to my needs. The system should not allow a reservation at a location if a truck is not available at that location.
Bruce DI don’t like the fact that I was charged an additional $11.95 in gas when I filled up right at the BP and put it back where I got it from. I want my $11.05 refunded that is stealing which is why I took a pic before leaving but you think you will get over on me not happening refund my card the $11.05 or I will post a bad review about stealing
