had to pick up items from 2 different locations and it added to milage.
Wayne TWith an actual U-Haul location just .2 miles down the road, no need to have this location affiliated with U-Haul. Poor instructions, vehicle not cleaned at all, no additional equipment for pickup.

Vickie MThe location is 1000 feet from another UHaul location, which makes it difficult to know if you are reserving at the correct location. I hadn't. I reserved a 15' truck for a 7:00 pick-up. The location was just opening at 7:15 and had a lot of prep work before starting to process the rental (turn on computers, make coffee, etc.). The 15' truck was unavailable because they didn't know where the keys were. They offered me a 10' truck instead, which barely worked because we had two vehicles we loaded furniture in also. The representative needed to re-enter much of the info I already entered on the reservation and asked for more information (second contact person/number). If you need more information then ask during the reservation and the information from the reservation should still be in the system. The location didn't have the moving supplies that I reserved (2 packs of blankets). They said I could stop at another UHaul location to pick those up. I chose not to since I was already delayed by the pick-up process. The truck itself was dirty. The cab had dirt and trash in it and the box had debris on the floor.
