Interior of the truck was clean while the exterior had some damage, but for a truck with 152,000 miles on it, it was actually in pretty good shape.

The equipment I ordered was not there. Vehicle was dirty and the wipers needed to be replaced. Check in and out process sucked. Personnel did not speak much English. Transaction was done over the phone with a third party. I won't do this again.
Raymond SDid not get a code for lock box on the app, station attendant had to make calls. They did not show my reservation. When we did get the lock box opened, the key was jammed in behind the nut that keeps the door from sliding out. This was a frustrating experience to say the least
