The trailer ( toy hauler) was left in a poor location and made it difficult for my 26 ft truck to get hitched. If it wasn’t for the help from your lovely staff, it would’ve been impossible to get the trailer attached.( I had to block one of your driveways to get this trailer hooked -up)

Teresa LInterior of the truck was clean while the exterior had some damage, but for a truck with 152,000 miles on it, it was actually in pretty good shape.
GENE GThe equipment I ordered was not there. Vehicle was dirty and the wipers needed to be replaced. Check in and out process sucked. Personnel did not speak much English. Transaction was done over the phone with a third party. I won't do this again.
