the location was orderly. everything on the outside was organized. however, being closed in the middle of the day was less than inviting. we arrived in town about 3:30 in the afternoon and double-timed our efforts unloading so that we could get the U-Haul trailer turned in before 5:00 pm. we made it to the location a little before 5:00 only to find it closed. the sign posted on the door showed they closed at 4:00. 4:00? who closes at 4:00? who can get a rental trailer or truck cleaned up and returned by 4:00?

RANDOLPH GThe only minor issue that I had was that the pin on the passenger's side for the ramp was bent some causing it to be a pain to use. I pointed it out when I returned it, the gentlemen apologized and said he would get it fixed for the next customer. Overall, it was a non issue for me as I knew how to deal with it.
DEREK HI was charged $7 for a dolly that I did not use. No reply from my inquiry on my receipt charge. Do I need to contest with my credit card? Come up with a better place to store those stupid things and keep them out of the way of loading/unloading.

Arnett LThe latches on one side did not line up well and were hard to use. The ramp desperately needs to be greased. And there was trash in the trailer when I got it so I had to sweep it out before I could get started. My family has rented here several times and this is the first time the equipment was not in good shape. Check out and return was super easy and efficient. We definitely appreciated that!
SHELLY HEarly pickup. Location not open. Truck was very dirty, left inner dual tire flat and was told to call road service for help. Should have been serviced and never rented to place customers in danger. 90,200 miles on truck. Customer service lacking.

AARON SI rented thru telephone. Uncertain as to what happened, yetb nitial order was not honored with last minute changes x 3, each of which time, pick up location or rental of appliance dolly incorrect . IF I would not have called to confirm 4 days prior to intended use, I would have had NO vehicle @ believed location.

WILLIAM HHorrible customer service. I had to go and find the right truck because they did not pull it out and set aside. No excuse for that because there was 4 people behind the counter doing absolutely nothing but talking and joking around. Had to bring first truck back because AC did not work and the temperature was over 90 degrees that day. Had they retrieved the truck and pulled it up to front door to have ready they might have known. No apologies at all from them as I got my 2nd truck ( also filthy inside like the first one was ) There was signs all over inside announcing the retirement of someone and making you think the store was closing down. The problem for UHaul is their name was still on everything. I normally did not reply on stuff like this but I feal someone needs to know.

Lisa HI would l never return here again. Compared to other flagship stores that are true authentic U-Haul stores,, this one is terrible. The trucks are filthy and in poor condition. Customer service was poor as well. It’s a good thing they are going out of business. They provide zero quality to customers and should not be affiliated with the U-Haul brand.

JOSEPH SI would never use this location again even if it was the last one local to me. I made in less then 5 miles off the lot before my trailer detached from my car, stranding me in the middle of a very busy highway. My truck has damage from the experience and I still haven’t even heard about that resolution yet. The manager of the location sent someone to help me and said he would process me a refund- but I’ll still never return. It’s literally a safety issue using this location.
HANNAH DI was disappointed when I ordered 24 furniture blankets and was told they only had 12. Online the price was 12 for $12. But in the store I was reimbursed $10. I also think since I made the reservation a week in advance the items I asked for should be there. The trailer was clean and in good working order. The staff was very helpful. Very courteous. The building and grounds were clean and well organized. I would use them again if the opportunity arises.

DARYL LThe truck was received with potato chips and fries on the floor . The key for the bay door lock did not work. My credit card was charged for the rental at pickup for estimated amount and again at return for the actual billing , and was not corrected for 5 days, locking my account. This location has served me well in the past but needs to train their new people better especially in billing which caused many problems .
