I've rented many trucks from this place and they are always great. I will say the after hours check-out process with my phone was a pain in the butt. I've always just been able to just fill up the tank and drop the keys in the box, but now having to take pictures and whatnot (or pay a $20 convenience fee) just seemed like a waste of my time. I would surmise it's not the location's choice to put that on the customer and this is a directive from UHaul corporate. But then again, I don't know for sure. Either way, it was an unpleasant surprise at the end of a hard day of moving. My feedback would be to allow the consumer to voluntarily complete the check-in process, rather than threaten them with a "convenience" fee.

Best rental business ever! Owner and every staff member is friendly, competent, and very helpful. They work hard to make sure you have a good rental experience. Never have they tried to "upsell" or talk me in to renting more than I need. Every piece of equipment is clean and ready to go. Would never hesitate to recommend Liberty Rental 4 U to anyone. Ask for Courtney....she's the best!

Truck was the worst one I've ever driven in a U-haul fleet. So bumpy it caused everything to shift to the tie-ropes and stay suspended until I could unload the truck. I couldn't keep a drink open unless it was at a complete stop.

I didn’t pick this location. I picked one much closer to my home. U-Haul changed my location and of course charged me for the additional mileage. When I went to get my truck, there were issues getting me the key, delaying me by over 30 minutes. Absolutely terrible from U-Haul all around. I would like to know why I’m being charged for the additional mileage because U-Haul could get a truck to the location closest to my home...

The truck leaked significantly during a rainstorm and damaged some of the items in the truck. We have filed an insurance claim but the truck apparently was not taken out of service after I reported the problem. I hope it is fixed before someone else has the same problem as we did.
