Top marks. It's an awkwardly laid out set-up on the side of a hill, but the folks more than made up for that minor bit of confusion. I pulled in and found a spot to do my walk-around video and a lady (who appeared to be leaving for the day) advised that I should take the trailer up the hill and she would notify someone to come up and unhook it and process the return. The guys were super-friendly and efficient, and the whole process took less than 10 minutes, including my initial stop to take the video. (Side note: the review screen wouldn't let me submit the review without answering the "was the location clean and inviting" question first ... I didn't go into the facility, I only drove up the hill and dropped off the trailer, so I don't know if the location is clean and inviting, but I said yes just to make the web page happy, LOL.)

Dawn CIt was frustrating that uhaul site combined my account with my estranged husband even though I did not sign his storage unit contracts and he did not sign my uhaul contract. We should not be able to see what each other are doing. It is also frustrating how the scheduling manager is abrasive and unaccommodating about me not being allowed to use the Excelsior location I reserved. The Excelsior location warned me uhaul is rescheduling all their reservations for other locations. Very inconvenient for the city and surrounding area of Excelsior springs
