Only compliments…I was having trouble doing this online as it was limiting when I could pick up. Called and Courtney was amazing. Had to call and speak with her again to reschedule time and was amazing again.

ADAM FTop marks. It's an awkwardly laid out set-up on the side of a hill, but the folks more than made up for that minor bit of confusion. I pulled in and found a spot to do my walk-around video and a lady (who appeared to be leaving for the day) advised that I should take the trailer up the hill and she would notify someone to come up and unhook it and process the return. The guys were super-friendly and efficient, and the whole process took less than 10 minutes, including my initial stop to take the video. (Side note: the review screen wouldn't let me submit the review without answering the "was the location clean and inviting" question first ... I didn't go into the facility, I only drove up the hill and dropped off the trailer, so I don't know if the location is clean and inviting, but I said yes just to make the web page happy, LOL.)
