The truck was old. The lining on the inside ceiling of the truck was torn and hanging, the A/C did not work, the headlights were so dim it was difficult to see the road at night, and the check engine light came on.

We had a large crushed velvet chair that required a truck to move to protect it. Photos were taken of the amount of water. The truck rental guy asked me if I hosed the truck out it was so wet.

In my opinion, as I used to work for a storage and we rented U-Hauls, this truck should have never been rented out. It did it's job but this truck needs a tune up bad and maybe retire.

WILLIE B.Picked up truck and it didn't have any of the moving equipment that we ordered. Started up the 26 foot truck and the check engine light and oil light was on. Their also was an exhaust leak that exposed the cab of the truck to harmful odors. Needless to say we are glad that experience is over and never again will we use Uhaul! This is unfortunate because I grew up loving Uhaul trucks and my family always used Uhaul.

JACOB B.Let people know that even though they may choose the 24/7 option, they cannot pick up their truck until an hour before the designated time. The websites are not user friendly for this when there is a problem. If you show up early (even though you chose 24/7 pickup) there is no option to pickup your truck on the website.
Jay R.I got charged $25 because I left a water bottle in the back of the truck. Whatever you do, do not leave ANY trash in the truck or you WILL be charged a cleaning fee, even for a single water bottle. Otherwise, a very easy transaction from start to finish.

DARRELL J.Location did not have the equipment I reserved, despite the online booking reservation guarantee. I then had to drive an hour further and roughly 60 miles to get the truck I needed and was left responsible for the fuel used in the trip there and back in my personal vehicle along with the extra fuel burned in the truck. I was also left to have purchase two furniture dollies because the first location I made my reservation didn't have any and the location i picked up the truck was a closed facility that I had to watch a video to get the keys.
George K.The driver and passengers' seats were dirty and you can see that someone fed a dog there. There were dogs food under the seat and the front of the truck smelled bad. The portion for loading contain trashed from Chick-Fill-A. Renters should be advised not to litter in the truck nor used the truck to feed their pets.
Edward A.Ordered 6 blankets to protect furniture. They were not in the truck. No one was available to assist us despite being told the facility was open. Mobile phone process to get key is not user friendly and cell service was spotty at best. The whole ordeal was unnecessarily difficult.

ROGER S.My original reserved location was in Prairieville..(guaranteed to be there but was NOT) My 15' truck was not there. I had to drive 2 hours round trip to go to Baker to pick up this truck and cancel plans I had. This is unacceptable. I still had to pay full price and for extra gas driving so far out of my way.
