The gentleman who assisted me was helpful and polite. Everything went smoothly and I got my building materials picked up and taken home with no problems. I do suggest you put on your website that a 20 foot truck is measured from "Mom's Attic" and the main part isn't 20 feet long - fortunately, the materials were 16 feet and fit just fine in my case, but this could cause confusion for someone who was hauling something long.
