Peggy HI did get a call from U-Haul informing me that I was being charged a late drop off fee, when indeed, I had returned it early. There was some breakdown in the communication between the drop off location manager and U-Haul. I don't like getting a phone call

Joel AThe representative at this location was very friendly and helpful. He made it easy for a first timer of renting a U-Haul. He called the morning of pick up to make sure I knew how to get to his location. I would suggest for the next first timer to make sure everything is in working order on the inside as well as the outside of the truck; wipers, horn, lights, etc. I just took photos of the outside of the truck and the fuel/mileage. Overall, definitely recommend this location for ease and helpfulness of picking up equipment.

william kNothing at all!! This location was the absolute best that I’ve dealt with the man went above and beyond to help my nephew with everything he needed to get the equipment and get to me when I was stuck over 4 hours away! I would like to see this place receive some kind of award or something.

Bret PThis place did not provide me a contract because he didn't have a working printer and he had poor internet. He also told me that I had a choice of where to drop off the trailer, even though I had put in the online application to drop it off at Landa Park Uhaul on I 35 in New Braunfels. The location in New Braunfels attempted to charge me a $20 fee because this location owner, Ron, gave me choices which were different from where I initially had picked to drop off the trailer.

Kery MReservation was made with the Corporate facility on Clack. The young lady taking the reservation (not the one I usually deal with) clearly did not have a good grip on the job. She kept telling me she could not find my history but turned out she got my name wrong, both first and last on one of the reservation and she sent be 2 different places to get trailers when Lil Red Barn had 3 on the lot.
