Reservation was made with the Corporate facility on Clack. The young lady taking the reservation (not the one I usually deal with) clearly did not have a good grip on the job. She kept telling me she could not find my history but turned out she got my name wrong, both first and last on one of the reservation and she sent be 2 different places to get trailers when Lil Red Barn had 3 on the lot.
