Lil repair shop went above and beyond to help me. Id highly recommend them. Awesome place. Uhaul the company on the other hand is about worthless. My reservation that i made online was at 2:30. I drove a little over 4 hours to get the car hauler to pick up a vehicle. Uhauls system was down and so was uhauls backup system. The dealer app was also not working. So I went ahead and took care of the vehicle thinking it would sort its self out in a few minutes. About an hour later the system was still down. So I canceled it and decided to get the vehicle on the weekend even though I wasn't really able to on the weekend. Stopped to eat and I got a call that the system was up. Since Iwas still close I went ahead and rented it over the phone and finished my meal. Picked it up at 5:07. Lil repair shop stayed open longer than they had to to get me taken care of. Again awesome people. Uhaul sucks though. So instead of getting back home at the planned 9ish in the pm, I got home at about 1:30 in the am. I wake up for work at 4am.

Mike SThe first truck I rented had a lot of wind noise and pulled hard to the right. I went back and picked up another van and it had a squealing belt. May have to try another location next time.
MATTHEW LTrailer was not swept out and had rust and dirt on the floor. For what I was doing (moving a table) it didn’t matter, but I needed to sweep it out prior to returning and otherwise would not have needed to. It had a small ding in the right front of the trailer when I picked it up which I don’t think was noted on the paperwork. It didn’t affect my use, but it would have been nice to have been asked to take “before” pics of the trailer rather than just “after” pics as this would have been documented.

STAN AWhen trying to return the vehicle I was given a location and route they texted and changed the location which caused me to go over the allotted mileage and I had to pay an extra $14 due to no fault of my own. Very frustrating and uncalled for
BRIAN FHidden charges for "excess milage" when the van was only driven to exact locations listed in purchase and charge for late return when website stated 5pm return time. I understand this is not the return locations issue but return agent was unhelpful in addressing these charges. I will not be doing business with uhaul in the future. I hope the extra 80$ in Hidden fees makes up for that
