This location is very rural and we ended up having to drive the U-Haul a longer distance to get the additional equipment we needed.

I called prior to my arrival as instructed. The person that answered didn't seem to care that I was calling. When I got there, the person behind the counter didn't say much other than I could leave the trailer where I had parked. There was no inspection or paperwork when I left other than an email confirming that the trailer was returned.

David DCustomer service was flat! Didn’t offer assistance for hookup, just assumed I knew how. After I went in and asked, they offered use of the appropriate Uhaul trailer jack (sitting in plain site at front door) to lift the tongue and set on hitch. The only reason I would recommend is because of their remote location and only equipped supplier.
