I returned my trailer early and received an extra bill for 3 days overage. Still have not received a refund and there is the time and inconvenience.

I was a bit surprised to see an additional charge for cleaning the truck. To the best of my knowledge the truck and cab were cleaned of all trash and debris when it was dropped off.
Lynda BAfter I opened the bag with the packing blankets, there were only five (not 6). I returned all 5 blankets I received, and they tell me I only returned 4. I returned all that they gave me. Anyway they charged me for 'missing blankets and dirty trailer'. Trailer was spotless. I was going to visit their business to repair a broken iphone screen. Now I don't trust them obviously.

Vicki DThere was one person in the office and I had to wait 10 minutes to turn in my keys. He was in the back doing ??? I had blown out the truck with a lawn blower and I still got charged a $25 cleaning fee! Afraid this might be my last time with U-Haul, probably check Penske next time.
