Single person working. Closed for lunch when we arrived at our pickup time. Door locked. We got a pack of pads that was supposed to hold 12, but it only had 7 in it. Did not know until we started loading and opened the pack.

The office was filled with gnats and dirty. The gentleman who checked us out didn’t prepare our truck by removing the trailer from the previous renter, my husband had to do himself. The additional items we paid for were not loaded in the back end, and when I ask he pointed to the corner of floor and said I could take them out myself. Very unprofessional and rude.
