The retailer needs to have More staff trying to run a retail store and a U-Haul rental alone not good took 1 hr to process my reservation then upon return I had to photograph the milage and gas level on vehicle should have customer representative som site to do the return inspection not the customers rating of 1-10 would be a 1 will seriously consider an alternative truck rental company going forward
Alexander KNext time make sure the garbage is removed from inside the truck before renting it out. I removed half empty bottled water and pieces of garbage from the cab inside glovebox and cup holders. . The owner of the location is super awesome and he was very easy to work with. Thank you liquidation:)

SULEIMAN AThe truck was covered in snow and in a snow bank when I picked it up. I also had troubles getting in and out of the narrow laneway. The truck was clean but in bad shape needing routine maintenance. The purveyor was very nice and helpful when I needed to reschedule a day back.
John CWhen I got to the van, it was covered in snow with ice under the snow. Thankfully a small snow brush was supplied. I was very surprised that the location personnel did not clean off the window shield/ windows at a bare minimum. It took close to 40 minutes of having the heat on to even start to warm up. The person in the store told me I needed to take a picture of the kilometres and gas gauge at the end but there was a notification “Change oil soon” ( or something like that) and after calling them from the parking lot, I was told to turn the van off and back on again to see the kms ( for a quick 2 seconds before going back to the oil change notification). I was able to get a picture but it took a couple of tries of turning off/ turning on the ignition. The man in the store was pleasant enough but the 2-3 inches of snow and ice in the windshield left a bad taste in my mouth. Lacking customer service.

timothy hParking lot was super tight for the size of the vehicle. Truck was late. Scheduling manager was miserable to deal with when truck was late. Truck did not contain dolly or moving blankets that were ordered.

Krishika MStaff that understand the easy questions being asked. Not locking the door and having us look around for another door to enter just to have to knock to be let in. I prefer to use U-Haul locations instead of ones attached to other businesses. I booked it for a location that is a 3 minute drive from my home but had to pick up 20 minutes away at the location above.
Ian LBig mix up on drop off and we booked the truck then when we set to pick up and made plains for help they told us no truck was available in less I wanted to drive 1 hr away finally got a truck 15 min from my home and ended up costing way more then I was expecting

Richard HDid not have rented equipment in the back so I had to go to a different location to pick it up. Multiple changes to pick up location last minute and instructions not clear. Poor location because it was difficult to take pictures in a small lot.
Daniel PThe actual rental experience was good, however getting the keys came with delays. Had to wait more than 20 minutes to get my rental after arriving on time and prescanning my drivers license. Unfortunately was not offered an extension. I had a pretty good idea of how long I needed the truck with contingency and barely had enough time to return it. Recommend that vendor inquires if customers have completed pre-registration when servicing multiple clients at the same timeslot and not only who came in first.

Dung NThe truck came with a lock on the back that no one had access to a code to and we needed to call roadside assistance to have it cut off.
SHAREEN RThe staff at the dropoff location were accommodating in staying a few extra minutes to check the truck back in. U-haul in general- do not change the drop off location while there person is using the truck. I was not looking at my phone and did not see the 'new drop off location' until the following day. One on hand, my pickup location was changed to 28 km away (not 12 as suggested) and I was told customers need to be flexible as to where trucks are and then I get a message suggesting I should drive another 15 km at then end to drop the vehicle off to another location.

arun aThe way you do fuel it was below what your record said l drove it less than 50 kilometres put 10 litres gas in it and still got charged over $11.00 for gas was not happy that less than 6 kilometres a litre

James Rfound beer bottle under driver seat, also speedometer was locked at 40 would not go any higher and the gas tank was on empty put 30 dollars gas then he still charged me for gas all total charged me 171 will never never rent from there again had to take pictures of mileage and gas AFTER not before we left the property should have been both

John JI picked up the truck and the cabin was clean and outside of the truck was also clean. When I opened the back to load the dolly I was blown away from the smell of fish coming from the inside... wow!!! Aslockton the floor was soaked with some sort of liquid. My guess would be that someone used the truck to haul boxes of frozen fish. Obviously I had no time to get the situation sorted out. I just made a comment to the store owner at the location and left with the truck. When I arrived at my location I had to wipe all the wet from the floors. That's was disgusting.
Aslam PReservation was for 9 they didn't open until 10. They tried to give me a truck with slot less gas than was documented on my rental receipt.
