The APP is a little diificuly to use to get your key for the truck. No one is there to help you. No store, just a lock box and trucks.

However, Uhaul charged me for two days rental and I only rented one day. When I went to the location they couldn't help me and I had to call customer service and fill out a form then wait 72 hours for a decision.

WILLIAM GIt is a lengthy but a comedy of errors on behalf of Uhaul. There is not enough space to fully disclose the reservation errors made. Trucks were not where promised via email correspondence. At one location, there was NO truck as promised. We received no communications informing us that there was no truck. The local rep was outstanding in attempting to locate a truck. We were compelled to drive 48 miles one way to secure the truck. The following day, we received a call from another local rep asking why we had not picked up the truck. I have never heard from that rep before, and it did not appear in any of the other reps' systems! We did receive a small discount for all our troubles. But the frustration, anxiety, and inconvenience were beyond what I can describe in a few words. I am very unhappy with Uhaul, Blessings
Daniel JCustomer service was wonderful. Found property in the truck that was not ours under the seat and in glovebox. The passenger mirror was horrible to use when driving, we tried to fix it but couldn’t and the brakes were horrible.
STEPHANIE SCalled to speak with the manager prior to drop off. Gave good instructions on where to park the truck/hauler. Not familiar with the area. Had some difficulty finding the location. Parking area not lit at all. Very dark trying to complete the turn in. Would not use this location if having to return equipment after hours.

Erin CWe rented a 6x12 trailer. There was no one on site to assist with hitching the trailer. Pretty difficult for two older people. The pick up site did not have a 4 to 7 pin adapter available, or any other supplies renters would need. We had to drive to a auto store to purchase. Once hooked up the brake lights and left turn signal did not work. Back to the auto store to purchase dielectric grease.

Thomas CRented two identical vehicles. Pricing was different which resulted in having to return to the location to remedy the issue. The issue was resolved smoothly but took time. Very pleased with the pricing as we are a non-profit and every dollar counts.

Mitchell RI requested a dozen pads, but I only received 11. It wasn’t a big cost but it shouldn’t have happen. It do know to count the requested materials!

Cathy SI had already paid in full when I picked the truck up in Rocky Mount and brought the truck back within the allotted time but was still charged an extra $60 for who knows what. The truck was clean and in the same condition that I received it. All of the blankets were brought back, not dirty and folded nicely too. So I really don’t know what I was charged for but it showed up on my card like 20 days later after returning the truck.
