THOMAS RWhen I got there the location doubled the price over what my reservation was for and then when I said something about it they got the price to what I was quoted but changed my reservation to 6hrs. Definitely not impressed with the switch up and will not be doing business with this location again.
JEREMIAH BThis review is more so for UHaul, not either location from pick up or drop off. When you car completing the reservation online, and there are "recommended" pick up and drop off locations, we found that neither is true. We want to not drive 30 minutes to pick up the truck when the location that "had" inventory does not allow for one way drop off. Then to keep the reservation we had to take the location that was 30 minutes away from our home. Then again when dropping off, we get a call that the location that is 10 minutes away is not available and we had to drive another 20 minutes from the house. What is the point of making reservations, at "recommended" locations if at the end of the day, you cannot pick up or drop off where it is convenient to you. The customer service that called me said, "we ensure the reservation is confirmed at least 3 days prior to pick up and it is order of reservation." So from all of this, either reserve one month a head of time or call to first to ensure the trucks are available for one way travel. UHauls website does not state whether the location has inventory for one way or not. Very satisfied with both pick up and drop off locations, they were extremely helpful and clean locations, but the customer service from UHaul was not up to the standards or expectations that I have had with UHaul in the past.

LINDA BOrder was changed to a different location by Uhaul. Admittedly the two locations were very close together but that would seem to defeat the purpose of choosing a location to begin with. However, order included 2 hand trucks and 2 dolly's. Only one of each was in the truck and pickup was outside business hours for this location.

DEVONDRA WAlthough I liked the location I am disappointed at your customer service staff that handles the reservations at the 1-800 GO UHAUL number. I was not given the option to pick up my truck at the location off Citrus and Mc Dowell which would have saved me time and gas. This location is nearest my home and next to the Ewing where I picked up my pavers. The representative should have given me all of my options instead of just the one option off Litchfield Rd and Camelback.

The people on the phone that called me to say my reservation had changed was useless and directed me to a location down the street and not the location i used which was around the corner from my original location. And once back at my storage locker my original location said they still do rentals so I’m not sure why they made me change in the first place.
TYLER AI was charged $15 for the safe move coverage which i'm pretty sure i selected no on the reservation. Not sure how it ended up on the bill but i am not going to dispute it. The service at the location i used by Luke AFB was outstanding
TYLER DGot to drop off destination (where I was instructed to go according to the contract) at 5pm. Business was closed and NOT a drop off center. It was a U-Haul storage facility.

JAMES HRight after I made my reservation, an Easy Storage representative called me and explained the procedures for picking up the U-Haul since they were closed for a Holiday and offered to come to the location if I had any problems with picking up the truck. I really appreciated the call; I felt very grateful knowing help was there if I needed.

ROBERT BMy original uhaul site was changed due to no truck available at the original site. I was told to fill out vehicle when I returned it however I don't think it was a full tank when I left as I went 40 miles and filled up the gas tank which costed over $86 dollars?? I originally was charged over $350 when I first took the truck and the. Was charged another $98 upon return??
ALANA LWhen renting a Uhaul truck it would be helpful to ask if the customer needs to rent any packing blankets or may need any other moving supplies. I would have rented 6 - 12 packing blankets with the truck yesterday to haul furniture home, as part of a local move. Unfortunately I didn't think about it in time to go back to the office to get any, as the office was already closed.

Denise SOvercharged. I brought the truck back with a full tank of gas and charged for gas. I drove only 34 miles and charged for 16 gallons of gas. I reached out to 2 managers and not one has returned my call. Do not trust this easy storage/ uhaul facility on litchfield road. I will only use an official uhaul place from this point forward. Total scam!! My total bill was almost $250.00 for only driving 34 miles.

Roberto CWe actually dropped our truck off at the wrong location. There are two U-Haul facilities a stone's throw from each other (one behind the other). Fortunately, the man who received our truck was a true gentleman. His mindset was, "don't worry, we'll make this work," completely removing the stress at the end of a long couple of moving days.

Larry SWas disappointed bec I went there and my 10 ft truck was not available. I followed app and it stated i had to call uhaul to find out my truck wasn’t ready so they gave me another truck. Also the original location I requested thru the app was not the location the truck was at.. super confusing.. I got a text with the uhaul location and then later was told I was redirected to another location only for the truck not to be ready.. then I wasn’t able to get equipment bec there no one at the location. . And truck didn’t have a dolly on it.

Robert RMI had to go 120 Miles out of my route to get the truck because of a mechanical failure and the miss of your customer service to bring the exchange or help to transfer the load. At the end I had to pay 30 $ because I was over the mileage allowance which I could never make since I drove 120 extra miles to get to transfer the load from my original rental. The agent couldn’t help with that issue which is very disappointing…the entire experience with UHaul was very disappointing and I do not consider renting ever again from you nor recommend your service.
