I feel that U-Haul is playing games by forcing you to buy the insurance, and demanding any damage is paid in full immediately rather than letting me process it through my insurance. Also by providing the vehicle will only a partial tank and the requiring me to bring it back with the exact percentage of the tank being filled. U-Haul uses an electronic monitor and I have to guess by using a gave. It will never match and U-Haul then bill is an outrageous amount for any small difference. I will not rent from U-Haul again.
GARY EThis location was good but customer service gave us a ton of crap, just to figure out to gets to this location.
DAVID LThis location was at a smoke shop and I am a pastor of a church so it was uncomfortable to be in the store. Also the individual didn't have training with U-Haul so had to have someone walk them through the process via phone which took longer than normal. Overall I have great experiences as I rent a u haul every week but this experience was not good.
