Terrible service. Will never be renting with U-Haul

Valeria DI feel that U-Haul is playing games by forcing you to buy the insurance, and demanding any damage is paid in full immediately rather than letting me process it through my insurance. Also by providing the vehicle will only a partial tank and the requiring me to bring it back with the exact percentage of the tank being filled. U-Haul uses an electronic monitor and I have to guess by using a gave. It will never match and U-Haul then bill is an outrageous amount for any small difference. I will not rent from U-Haul again.
