I dropped the truck off an hour and a half after using it, so three hours before it was upped to be dropped off and was charged a late fee. The issue has not been resolved.

This place can go to hell. There is ZERO way to get in touch with anyone at this location. My truck rental was changed to this location by uhaul, so I attempted numerous times in various numbers I found online and could not get through to anyone. I go to pick up my truck with 24 FURNITURE PADS and there were none there. Can you imagine, hiring movers through uhaul and now you are driving all around town to another uhaul location to get furniture pads and they only had 12. Some of our furniture pieces are completely f**ked because the lack of pads THAT I PAID FOR and the abhorrent movers that were hired through uhaul. More on that in another review. TL:DR don’t ever use Uhaul or this location for anything. Ever.

The U-Haul app that you have to use is the most terrible thing in the world. In the directions it says to make sure you have a fully charged phone battery. That is because it takes forever for the pictures to load up and the having to take the same picture multiple times because the app will crash. On picking it up it took 35 minutes to get thru it. At the end of the day if given a choice I would not do this ever again.

You charged me for a dozen blankets, appliance dolly and other items that were never provided. Despite the reservation clearly reserving these items critical to move, the facility has never had these. The fraud you did was to charge me for items I told you were not there. This is clear fraudulent activity and I will be notifying every agency possible to this illegal scam by U haul. This was the worst experience imaginable and now to be charged for items that were never provided - which made the whole purpose of the rental moot without the dolly or blankets. This was a complete fraud from the first step and was beyond infuriating. Quit relying upon damn app to cover for your fraud.

The area feels unsafe. Getting in and out of the uhaul I rushed and was grateful I had my big dog in the car.

The process was very confusing. The instructions stated that there were locks with the key on the trucks, but the locks were broken and we did not realize that until I walked in and asked the gas station attendant. The verification process was also very long and confusing. The truck smelled of drugs. The lock box that was at the site was completely broken.

Manager sleeps in back room of this convenience store and was very irritated that he had to wake up to check in U-Haul rental. I will probably never rent from U-Haul unless there is nothing else available. The manager would not even check in the truck till the next day until it was due although I returned it 17 hours early. So what if something happens or Someone uses truck between return time and check in truck time? Definitely worrisome issues to have while trying to move. Horrible customer service and highly unprofessional.

This was the worst U-Haul experience that I've had. It has nothing to do with the pick-up location, but the process and how I was directed to this location. I rented the 26' u-haul with 16 day advanced notice. But the night before I was directed to a location that was 60 minutes north of my residence for the move. Once I got to that location to morning to pick up. The truck was not available. The staff at that location were not very helpful. Basically go get coffee and we will see what we can do. Then they found us a truck that was 1.5 hours away on the other side of Florida. And the smug response was to "I'd start driving to go get it if you want a truck today" So lost a day, additional costs to keep helpers available. Didn't get out of town, lost money due to not getting to the hotel I had reserved because we lost over 7 hours. Also, additional costs for gas in both truck and car to pickup. We did get a credit, but it didn't cover the costs. I've used U-haul for a lot of local moves as well, but may go back and use Penske again. This was attrocious.

Owner said he did not have time to check me out. Had to download app to do self check put. This was my third rental location even though I reserved a truck 2 weeks in advance!! Will definately look at other options before using uhaul again!!!!

I was charged for moving pads, straps and a dolly- the truck had NOTHING! I was unable to take the washer and dryer (no dolly or straps)! Nor the glass tabletop (no pads)! Truck was almost empty. HORRIBLE! I will review in multiple social media platforms!

I never knew this was a 24/7 location had to figure out how to do all paperwork on line and then couldn’t find keys as we were told. They keep them in the store. It was not a good experience picking it up. Something they shouldn’t taken no more than 10 mins took over 40.

Trouble with the check in process to obtain verification code. Lock was very hard to open with code which delayed our time. 30 mins plus to get started. When key is not in box, the client can eady put the return lock on box. The cashier should have said once lock is remove you can return to see me . Which would speed up process

I paid to have a dolly in the truck but there was no dolly inside just a bunch of dirt and grass so I had to spend about 45 mins of my rental tryin to talk to some on customer service which got me nowhere just wasting more time waiting for someone to answer long story short after 60 bucks to buy myself a dolly and time wasted on my rental I was able to move

I was charged for things I didn’t approve…received no receipt…and the guy wasn’t very helpful when I asked him about it. He pretty much said call uhaul! But yet you have no problem charging my card and not giving me any paper work! Very unprofessional!

They overcharged us (the truck charge was appropriate but the mileage was double what it should have been) and have not responded to our emails, which is the only contact information they gave. Had to try 3 trucks before we found one that worked. First one nonexistent, second one had a dead battery, third one the cab was dirty and the back of the truck had a bunch of trash in it.

Your online system is terrible. It took forever to check out the vehicle and would not even work to properly check the vehicle back in.

Site manager was not there at the time scheduled for me to pick up the trailer—at 12:45 p.m. The phone listed for him was not correct. Luckily, the attendant at the store had his correct number and she called him. I had to wait 45 minutes for him to arrive. The store attendant said he works nights and doesn’t come in until 1 or 2 p.m. i looked up evaluations of him on the internet, and learned my problems were consistent with many others.

The location is a convenient store and the clerk was rude and unprofessional he refused to descus the return information and suggested that I take the truck to a different location and now I'm being told that I owe y'all more money ??? With no explanation for what ! When I got the truck it was on empty and I didn't make it to the gas station, I had to walk a short distance and buy a gas container and fill it to get the truck going, when I returned the truck I left it almost 1/2 a tank of gas and folded the pads swept it out and cleaned the cab out and even left the lock that I purchased on the rear Door to protect the furniture dolly and pads and gave the clerk the keys to it !!! And now I'm being charged money ??? By all rights I should be givin a portion of my money back ! For all the unnecessary hassle expenses and inconvenience that I experienced

Employee was confused and didn't know how to check in return equipment at this location ..told me the manager was in . made a copy of the contract ..said she will let the manager know the equipment was returned. The manager never checked in the equipment .. Recieved notice from U-haul about unpaid balance ..Called circle p location in dairy road in Auburndale Florida. Employee had no knowledge of this issue ....there for I called U-haul regional Spoke with Regional district and they took the time to settle this issue In short .I will not do business at this location either to rent or return any equipment from U-haul .. Agent was 45 minutes late, pushing my travel timeline making me late. We conducted our arrangements over the gas station food stand including him reading my personal details out loud over the phone. He had me sign in places that stated "employee ". Clearly had no clue how to do the documentation and clearly had no regard for my time. Totally unacceptable. Then I had Uhaul contact me the following day after pick up, while I was in transit asking if I still needed a rental.... This company as a whole doesn't seem to have it together. I will use Uhaul as a last resort in the future.

Review the equipment prior to issuing the rental. The "check engine" light was on the entire journey. All fluids appeared to be in good order when we checked and the truck ran very well for the 430 mile journey. The U-Haul representative there was very friendly, answered my questions, and was very helpful.

The gentleman who rented the truck was very personable and helpful. He was friendly and we had a good conversation. Good people always make a difference in stressful situations. Also, there is a food truck in the lot next door that I highly recomend! Omgosh, was the mexican food so good! Don't pass it up!

The store itself was fine -- just the area I had to park the trailer was not paved and I was in church clothes. The lady at the store really could not help me. So ... trying by myself to unhook and lift the trailer in my good clothes on a warm day was not the best. But ... I got it dropped and a signature. This was the only U-Haul place that was open when I wanted to return the trailer on Sunday afternoon. The scheduled location was not open so had to drive around for about 45 minutes. I did not just want to drop the trailer and leave. I wanted a signature that it had been rec'd. Anyway ... done. Thanks

The manager did not know I had a reservation, so he was not expecting my arrival. This location was out of the furniture blankets I had ordered. The manager really made an effort to get some for me and he made several calls to two other local UHaul locations, but they were also out of the blankets. Maybe at least one local location could have more supplies on hand to avoid this problem in the future.

possibly pave the area where they park the trucks. it was a dirt patch and not very easy to maneuver in. The guy in charge was very nice and thorough

At the drop off location the staff were very helpful nice. I also received a final bill through the e-mail. My only suggestion would be to put signage out front so that you know where to go and what to do in dropping off the rental equipment.

I made a reservation via Uhaul.com a week prior to my move date. When I arrived at the location the woman working there told me my reservation was actually for 2 hours later than it was because the store owner, who handles the rentals, wouldn't be in until that time. I told her that was unacceptable and that I had a houseful of friends/family waiting to move our things. She was very rude and told me she couldn't help me. I called customer service and a lady there was able to rent me the truck, fax the paperwork over, and I signed for it. I was not impressed with the service or attitude of the people at this location, though, and would not recommend renting there.
