Edgar RWas late less than 2 hours, was charged a whole extra day plus insurance, truck had no handcart, had to call for a refund when I had already notified them at time of pick up. Picking up and dropping off is not easy, key was stuck in lock box. Customer service was nice but I guess they are trained to tell you what you want to hear. Rather got to an in person office, with any other company, used Uhaul for years, even moving from Oklahoma to NY, then moving to Florida, worse experience for an in town move.
