The location itself was fine; it was the reservation that I got screwed over on that really did me in. It left me with one day to move, and on top of that; the second truck I reserved did not have the dolly in it that I desperately needed. I have an injury that doesn't allow me to lift heavy objects and had no help; so a ton of our stuff got left behind, including my refrigerator. Also, every time I called I got a different person from the 800 number, and they all said something different. One seemed to not want to deal with me at all. This move was the worst one yet, and that's saying a lot! I'm hoping this was just a fluke, and we'll have a better experience in the future.

Little E's where we were able to move our rental to - was exceptional in their service and helpfulness.
Thomas G.Initial location dropped the ball and did not have the keys ready. Then second location was not cleaned or filled with gas. I was charged extra miles for U-Haul error not mine. I want refunded.

The problem i had was trying to check out using the U-Haul app. I took multiple pictures of the odometer and fuel gauge but was not able to submit them. I then spoke with someone from the drop-off location over the phone, and he told me I didn't need to check-out via the app.

HEATHER A.The owner assaulted me as I was leaving. I was alone, and he chased me out of the door and followed me to my car, yelling at me, that he "had just about enough of your crap lady." I was very afraid because the owner is around 6'6" tall and I am a 5'5" 48-year old woman. I told him he was making me uncomfortable and to please not come closer. He screamed, "It's my property, I'll do what I want." and told me I was lucky he didn't have my car towed." I am shocked and appalled by this experience. Please investigate this.

Raymond S.I scheduled far in advanced to pick up my equipment locally and then uhaul moved it and it severely inconvenienced me. I called uhaul and they stated that they would give me a 50$ credit which I have yet to see. Bad experience overall with uhaul and I will not be using them again.

Kenneth V.I cannot help but feel I was a victim of "bait and switch". There was a change of rates for mileage and the rental fee because of the mileage I had used that I was not expecting. After contacting customer service it was explained to me so that it does make sense, but that feeling of "bait and switch" still remains.
