This is NOT on the pickup location, but there was some confusion about pickup time due to the main uhaul site. They thought I would be there earlier than I had scheduled and uhaul lists their hours incorrectly so I wasn’t aware I even could pickup earlier. I ended up having to wait and wander around for about 20 minutes looking for someone because they were told the incorrect time for pickup and so thought I was a no show. We got everything sorted and the gentleman was as sweet as could be and absolutely none of that was his fault. I would just advise that uhaul central needs to check its hours for its locations and also send the correct booking time information. To the man who helped me, I’m sorry it was confusing! I know you were irritated initially but I am happy to have worked with you. You were so very kind and I enjoyed hearing about the area, your stories, and everything else! It will be a true pleasure should I run into you at the car show here where I live! Thank you so so very much!

Lower your price . Especially the mileage fee . $1.19 is outrageous considering we have to fill it back up when finished . Should be half of what it is , if we gotta fill the tank .
GARRETT RAc didn’t work. Ended up having to sweat my butt off all day. The truck made an annoying rattle at idle.
