I was unhappy because I rented a enclosed trailer to keep a very expensive trailer dry it got wet anyway and I was told that uhaul doesn't give a discount on it because there trailers are water resistant not water proof the water came from under the trailer and Noone did anything people and place was great just not happy with uhaul I rent trailers all the time and to get treated like that was uncalled for

Quite honestly, I don't think I can make any recommendations for improvement. Trampus Terry at 3318 Hwy 71 N, in Alma, AR was also, absolutely phenomenal! He was professional, kind, helpful, fun, incredibly patient and SUPER friendly. He is truly a great guy and U-Haul is very lucky to have him onboard with them. After reading horrible reviews online, I was cautious in using U-Haul but after the fair pricing and over the top customer service on the phone as well as at the pickup and drop-off locations - I will DEFINITELY use U-Haul again as well as highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Price was incorrect was charge for over 31 miles but because I chose the flexible option it should have been 39 miles--horrible experience overall!!

The lady at little Ponderosa was professional and friendly. The previous location I attempted to pick up from, Crawford County Storage Inc. the owner Amy Harrison-White, called the cops on me and said I stole the vehicle. This was after I showed her my reservation and she HANDED me the keys. I would reconsider allowing her to be a contractor of U-haul. I appreciate the U-Haul representative who spoke to the officers and cleared things up, while also securing me a truck at Little Ponderosa.

I would like to file a complaint against Little Ponderosa for deceptive practices and double billing. I was in need of a small trailer to move a lawn mower, i stopped by little ponderosa, as this location is only a couple miles from my home and i have returned all of my u haul rentals to them (I have spent thousands with u haul in the past year). I inquired of the trailer and the lady told me that they did not have one on hand, but could get me one in the morning and the price was 27.95. i said that would be fine, she pecked away on the computer and asked for my credit card. when finished she said you're all set , you can pick it up in the morning at another location. I thought this a bit unusual, if she simply would have stated from the onset that phillips landing had one i could have driven 4 miles down the road, got my trailer, and proceeded with my day. she stated that the reservation was already done, so i would just have to go there. i picked up the trailer the next morning and completed my task. when i went to return it the next morning i went to little ponderosa, as that is where i started the process. when i pulled in the guy told me to pull over by those trucks and un hook, which i did. he used his phone to take a pic of the license plate and said good to go. If he would have stated that i was suppose to return it to phillips landing i would have drove the 4 miles and dropped it there, but he said nothing. When checking my bank account the next morning i noted that i had been charged by both, phillips and ponderosa. i immediately went down to little ponderosa to inquire, the gal said i was supposed to take it to phillips, i said the guy didn't tell me that, she said well he's not here, i said thats no way to do business, she said that;s how we do business. my question is, is that how they do business or the way u haul does business. it seems that your associates all want to get their cut,not serve the consumer. I am not going to pay 100 dollars for a 30 dallar rental. i went to the bank and allowed the phillips charge, but denied the double billing from little ponderosa. i am totally disgusted with u haul and the funny business that goes on with your associates.

The online key pickup was terrible. The location gave me a vehicle I didn't want after verifying that I was getting the right one. It took 45 minutes to get the truck, even though I showed up 10 minutes early. The experience was terrible but the location was ok.

The ratchets were pretty rusty and extremely hard to use. Swapping them out sooner would be a good idea.
