The truck ran well, was clean, and at both places the help was great. Would rent from uhaul again when I need truck or trailer.

Verenice SOnly Problem, My first reservation was with u haul location Varner/washington in T.O. ca. Then it got moved to Ramon, cathedral city,ca. Of which , because being further, the agent thru in a hand truck and 12 blankets. On the day of the rental 11/1/24. I get to cc location and no truck. Then they send to LITTLE SISTERS in Thousand Palms,ca to get a 26 foot. I return truck and they charge for $1.29 a mile , hand truck and blankets. I was told by the agent it was $1 a mile , hand truck and blankets should have been free. I expect a refund of at least $35. Thanks Mike Capizzi

Daryl BSweep out the truck box before the next customer rents it. Don't talk so fast and assume that the customer understands what you are telling them. Be more helpful with procedures on phone, etc.

Oscar RFood wrappers under seats, very little gas and notice that tires were low, so our first stop had to be the gas station to inflate tires and get gas, which the Little Sisters team said they did not do.

Tammy GI returned truck with the same fuel levels and lady didn’t even come out to look and then she told Uhaul it was less and they charged me $86 more. I asked her 3 times about a receipt or to verify. She said no. Still waiting to hear from Uhaul management about this Shady place. I dont trust them at all!!!

Annette ACharged me for 4 gallons of fuel when I returned the truck with more miles to empty than when I picked it up. Said I could leave after dropping the truck off and charged me after I left. Seemed fishy and I suspect why now.
Ian LUpdate the hours of the location. You have them as closed on the weekends and they’re actually open 24/7. Also, I paid for a dolly and blankets and it was never provided to me. The drop off location said they’re going to charge me for it. Make sure the truck is clean too. The cab was sticky and there were items that belonged to the last driver, including a bottle of vodka.

Klementina NWe were told it had a quarter tank of gas. It did not it was on empty. Therefore we had to pay for more than we should have upon returning it. Also didn’t get the blankets we paid for and our fouls for trusting and didn’t realize either item until we were too far away to return.
DAWN CMy order was canceled, so when I showed up to pick up the truck, they rerouted me to another location who also sent me to a third location… they didn’t have the 26ft truck That I ordered…. Nor did they have a 22ft truck… I had to settle for a 15ft which was grossly insufficient.. it also had a mechanical problem with the right front wheel. It shook horribly and I had to return for an additional trailer… mind you, they all had plenty of vehicles on their property’s… but all were designated as “local”. But we’re just sitting there not being used. I’ll never use Uhaul again because of the additional moving stress they added to me and my family!!!

Lowell Fthis experience SUCKED! We were told on the phone to go to an address and put our code into the gate and just take our truck, that the check out and check in were all virtual. Well, that was a lie. We were also told the cost to rent would be $93. nope. told the 6 blankets were included in the "93." nope. We went to the address. There was NO SIGNAGE to suggest there was a U Haul rental. There was no gate. We happened to notice a U Haul truck behind Little Sister's Truck Wash. We asked around, and I found the woman running the truck wash office. When i pulled up the UHaul website, as I had been instructed to do on the phone, it required a password. What the heck???? No log on. I called the 800 number the woman gave me and was told the wait would be 40 minutes! The angel called her number, and I was able to complete the agreement on the phone with my CDL, etc. Drop off was somewhat more pleasant, However, the emailed contracts did not arrive in my inbox in a timely manner, so I finally got to read them while waiting to check the truck back in. That's when I read that I had just needlessly put $27 worth of gas in the tank! Shelle was a sweetheart at the Yucaipa drop off, and I honestly don't know what I would have done without the woman running the truck wash. HATE your electronic system!

Bassam AOnly 5/8 tank of gas. The truck need major servicing. It was a very rough ride with apparent transmission issues. The cashier at this location was excellent and helped us with your broken after-hours, 12:00 noon🤨, phone rental pick-up option. Without her help we would've been stuck!

Ixtlipaktzin MTruck is far from the office and office is confusing to get to as its around the front of the building. Also, the location we booked with a confirmed reservation sent us away as they didn’t have our truck. So other location forced extra mileage on the truck

Paul JThe inside of the truck bed had sand and debris. I vacuumed it out prior to loading furniture. The transmission dropped into low gear at times and would not kick back out for a period. When it did this it caused a jerking motion, slowing the vehicle down more than necessary.
Dennis RI was charged $50 for the dolly which I didn’t use. The dolly was not tightened to the truck when I rent it.
Shuolin WI did not care for driving around the 18 wheelers, and the office parking was tiny and full. Poor signage for directing u haul customers.

Patricia SIt was closed the two days I went there, even though I was told it was open and the truck was due back on that day and time. Also it was a truck wash with no signs for UHaul! No key drop box and the lady from truck wash was grumpy. I’d give this a MINUS 5 stars if possible. A terrible experience after a cross country move!

Margarita GYour review questions are too narrow in scope. Yes, No and Not Applicable are too limiting. I am not sure a “truck wash” can be described as “clean and inviting”. I would describe it as adequate.
Mary CThese people are actually great. Prior to coming here we had a truck reserved at another location, we arrived within the advertising business hours. When we arrived there was no one there to help us, I called the telephone number and the woman answered, she said she was headed to Los Angeles to get away and she could help us. We were stuck without a truck you can only imagine how he felt. Fortunately after being on hold for about 15 minutes through the corporate service, someone was able to help us and direct us to this facility. Again, the information that we were given was not correct but the woman working here was kind and able to help.

Edward CFinal bill is incorrect and UHaul has not remedied the problem even after being in touch withnregional manager, I have been overcharged well over $100. I will takebthis to small claims court and it will cost the corporation more than the money I'm owed. The customer service skills were non-existent and rude. Employees can't do basic math. My final bill wasnt itemized and they couldn't explain the charges. I will give a negative review on Yelp and Google reviews as well. Teriibls experience with Uhaul during a time of great stress - moving an entire household from one end of the state to another.

Bernie HAccept cash for overages and offer a wider selection of sundries for customers to purchase. Also the lack of parking for dropping off trucks and customer parking needs to be addressed.
