Kind of run down and disorganized, but the equipment was fine and the people were friendly.
CARRIE WKey box for after hour pick up was hard to open. It took 2 people 30 minutes to open the key box to get key out.

ROBERT MI had a reservation booked a week or two in advanced. On the morning of when I go to pick up the truck they tell me through the app the equipment isn't available. I call and they send me to another place. I go to the other place and the codes for the lock boxes are incorrect. They didn't have the right codes. I had people coming to help me move that morning and we had to wait till the place opened, even though I booked it early. The truck was okay, but had less than a quarter of a tank of gas. Miserable experience and I will not use U-Haul again. The gentleman who works at the place I ended up getting the truck, was nice and kind. I have no issues with him. He was helpful and courteous.

JAIME SIt was hard to determine which vehicle was to be ours. Trying to go around the truck to fullfil the required tasks per the UHaul app was very hard as there is no lighting on the side of the building and you have to walk through taller grass to the back. In the dark it was very unsettling. The lockbox was terrible to get into. We spent so much time working with it. That part alone was just horrible. After making a reservation at one location then being told I would have to drive to a completely different location to I get the vehicle trying to complete the rental requirements and the get the key was a nightmare. Wasn't impressed with the overall experience at all.
