We had an 11:00 am pickup and arrived at 10:55 am. There was a sign on the door saying he had gone to pick up tools and would return soon. We called the number on the sign and got no answer. We texted another number as per the sign and received no reply at 11:07 am we contacted the regional office and they called us bank and said that the counter person would arrive in ten to 20 minutes. He finally with his lunch in hand close to 11:30 am. He then went into the office and the computer wasn't working so we waited and waited and about 12:15 pm, he said the POS for all of UHaul was down and we couldn't rent the truck any other way. We gave him our number to call when it was fixed so we could pick up our truck. Finally, we called the regional office at 12:29 pm and they said they would speak with the person so we could use our app to rent. This person was helpful, but the rudest person I had spoken with in a long time. She obviously did not want to be "dealing" with us. Finally at 12:54 pm we rented the truck. When we were renting the truck, the counter person came out and said "it was fixed right after you left"...yet he never called us. I would never rent using this location again and possibly never use UHaul again.
