The windshield had a huge crack across the drivers side. It also took way too long to get the phone mobile app to be approved. We had to wait over 20 minutes.

Maybe… Should be one of the options for if I would recommend U-Haul to a friend. The check engine light was illuminated on the truck issued to me. I immediately notified the employee. I was disappointed and concerned the truck might have issues during my trip. They said it was just a sensor light. I was worried driving the truck. Although there were no issues, I should’ve been given at least a discount seeing that I had concerns for the safety of the truck. Moving is stressful enough without adding more stress for concerns over the rental truck. The employees were cordial. Your equipment should be in excellent condition. That is what I expected when renting from U-Haul.

The truck was over 10 years old, ran poorly, the overhead door would get stuck, the wiper blades haven't been changed in forever, and the doors had to be slammed shut. I hated that damn thing. I will never rent anything from that location. There were better vehicles there, my bad luck to get this piece of crap!

The vehicle was clean. But man, maintenance is definately needed. When I when tot brake, the entire front end would shake. The steering wheel felt very spongy as it shook. The rotors are warped and need to be replaced! Other then that, the vehicle seemed fine

This location has trucks which is nice. The issue I had was I got to the counter and the lady said they’re systems were down , didn’t tell me anything else , so I asked can I do it online my self , she said “o yeah” so I went on the website filled everything out and it didn’t work so I had to download the app then do the whole process again from the app with 0 help from the lady at the counter , overall I’d give them place anther chance but just be prepared

Everyone at the location was friendly and everything was clean. The only reason why I wouldn't recommend this to a friend is that Uhaul has WAY too many hidden fees. The price I was quoted online was around $45 and I ended up paying $74. Too much to rent a truck. Too bad they weren't honest about the price. I will never go back.

I returned my uhaul truck a day early and didn't get compensated for it. And why in the hell would you not fill the truck up to full. I received it at 5/8 full. I did not like that at all.

I honestly would like some of my money back for my last transaction with uhaul. Due to bad renters they did not have a cargo van available and they had a 10 food box truck which cast me double in gas to drive to grand rapids and back and it was highly uncomfortable for me in the driver's seat of that truck.My reservation was for 10 am i did not get the truck until 2:30 after they had me come I at 1:30 and cargo van was still not available. The equipment has ashes on the cup holder and ashes on the drivers side door windowsill where someone put their cigarettes out, on or just ashed on. not their fault but could have been cleaned.

The van was mostly clean. There was a lighter left in the cab. The AC didn’t work. Also the fuel gauge got stuck. I gassed the van and the needle hardly moved so I put in some more and it leaped forward. $5 of gas I didn’t need to put in. On a positive note: the rental facility is clean and the staff are friendly.

Please have all tires checked for proper pressure prior to rental. Upon bringing home trailer prior to load, I checked all 4 tire pressures. 3 were at specified 65 psi, 1 was at 20 psi. I subsequently filled the low tire to 65 psi and checked the next morning to confirm it was not losing pressure. Therefore, tire was still good, just never checked for proper pressure prior to rental.

The air conditioning was not working when I took possession of the van. Reported it to location but was not instructed to report to roadside assistance. Also was shorted 6 and a half hours on rental. Gas goozler. Back up camera poor. After hours return a nightmare experience. Poor instructions. Not happy. I am expecting a partial refund on the lack of air conditioning. The temps were in 85 plus on rental days. Nothing helped. For a small cabin I should have been comfortable.

If I reserve dollies with a truck then I expect them to be at the location when I pick up my truck. I don't expect to be told to go to another location and maybe they will have what I need. Dollies are as critical to a move as the truck itself. I was basically told that is the way uhaul does it and they have no control at their location as to what supplies will be available regardless if what was reserved.

I got trailer from 5:15 to 5:15 Saturday, however location was closed sonner then 5 in Saturday, It was difficult to return trailer as everything was closed. And I was not notifiyed that on Saturday open hours shorter that my return time. So, I spent some time trying to return trailer. Also there were other 2 clients have same issue.

Everything seemed fine, except when I first opened the back up-sliding door it got stuck 3/4 of the way up and then again near the top. I got it all the way up and then checked out the small rollers for the door. The rollers were not lubricated well - the reason it was sticking. I lubricated all rollers then opened and closed door a few times and handled the stuckness. This is not a customer job but the location. The quality control section of this location isn't checking their products before they are out. This also indicated lack of training which is also located in the Quality Control department of the company. I fixed it.

Staff said they would send me an email receipt right away but it did not come for 2 days leaving me concerned that my return of a $6500 trailer which I signed for may not have been recorded as returned. When I did get a receipt via email 2 days later, it said I had turned it in on 26 June, however, I turned it in on 24 June - 2 days earlier. Why would U-Haul misrepresent my date of turn-in on the invoice?

Don't change my pick up location then charge me for more miles. Not using uhaul again until that charge is refunded. Deceitful business practices. Everyone at the actual pickup location was nice and helpful. Just sucks that uhaul sucks these days.

Highly recommend this storage facility. Everything is indoors and you just pull into the loading area, with the access code, so you don’t have to worry about inclement weather. You have access beyond office hours, too. We had to have temporary storage while looking for a house and when we moved, our things weren’t covered with dust or dirt that you might find with an outdoor facility. Will recommend to everyone who needs a storage unit.

Wonderful Storage 🥰 that should have been their name 😇 My experience was amazing from- watching the storage building being built to moving in a brand new unit. Awesome size, space, lighting, parking and indoor units. When I moved out of the unit my things where as I dropped of NO DUSTY DIRTY OR BUGS 🥰😇

The staff was very friendly and was even kind enough to offer me a bigger space than what I reserved online. You also have pretty much everything at the front desk such as locks, mattress covers, etc. The place is neat & tidy, secure, and temperature controlled. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good storage unit.
