I am fighting stage 4 breast cancer and was not given the opportunity to catch up to my past due balance due me being sick. I fell behind on my payments and explained it to them. They instead was rude to me and my unit was sold at auction with all my belongings. I am heartbroken right now. I would suggest they learn how to treat customers in the future.

Everything is indoors and you just pull into the loading area, with the access code, so you don’t have to worry about inclement weather. You have access beyond office hours, too. We had to have temporary storage while looking for a house and when we moved, our things weren’t covered with dust or dirt that you might find with an outdoor facility. Will recommend to everyone who needs a storage unit.
