All of the equipment worked well. We had everything we need to get our task completed. The only problem we had was on the day that we were to pick up the truck the store was not open. We had to call and a very nice lady came down to the store to assist us. We were a hour and a half late getting started.

Charlene SpenceBooked this location because there was suppose to be somebody there. After I arrived I had to call the help number to figure out how to get the key. When I finally got the key I was an hour and a half late. When I got into the truck there was old melted candy in the cup holders.
Joseph PenrodNo one was at the store and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up. The truck had a very large dresser left inside taking up a lot of space that we had to dispose of.

Valon MakutaIf you have to use this dusty place take pics and videos of everything they are dishonest thieves. I had a reservation for 11am. Took 40 minutes for them to hand over the keys. I reserved an appliance dolly which is $10.00. They don’t have an appliance dolly, so I used the $7.00 utility dolly but they didn’t refund me the difference. The manager was not there at pickup. I drop the van off and return the utility dolly at @3pm the manager wasn’t there. I walk home and then get a notification for an additional charge for $146.00. I call uhaul customer service they say the manager submitted a damage report for the van and that’s the deductible. I didn’t damage the van he claims I backed into something on his report. I go back to Liyo to see what’s going on the two women there claim the manager looked at the van and to call him. Well he didn’t answer, I texted and emailed him no reply. I got a quote from movers for $175 but I ended up paying &250 alone to use this raggedy van. I am so angry and they don’t want to give me my money back.They are scamming. Don’t use this place!!!

Had to call them and didn’t answer the phone until I call them twice. the lady did the process through the phone and signed under my name for the contract and charge me the appliance dolly and 6 blankets that I never got even I order them online.. They haven’t refunded my money back for it…

Chad WardThe location itself was fine but you need to fix your website. The last 4 times I have used Uhaul and tried to use the website to either pick up or drop off a vehicle, it has been the biggest hassle or just downright doesn't work.

ROBERT APPLEGATEThe 26ft truck had a very bad wheel alignment issue, you're almost driving with the wheel completely turned to the left just to go straight. I got charged for the gas being at 3/4 but that's exactly what It was when I picked the truck up so that's what I out it back as.
Christopher SmithI ordered a dolly and pads, neither was on the truck. I called customer service and waited on line for over 20 minutes. I talked to a rep and she said no problem we will refund you that amount and of course I was never refunded.

tameru nurfetaI Was scheduled to pick my truck up at 10am. Went there at 10 and they was closed. I was very upset. Left a note in the door for them to call me as soon as they got in. They called me at 12 noon. I wanted to rent from that location because it was close to where I was moving from. Mean while I had called another location miles away and schedule another truck. To make a long store short I ended up renting the truck from the first location at 1pm which put me 3 hours behind on my move. The people was nice, but nice don’t get it when you are 2hours late opening up.

Gene MaddyI was scheduled for an 8 o'clock AM pick up. My confirmation was for 8, my reservation said 8, the information I was given on the emails said I can electronically pick up the truck through the app. The app even said my pick up time was 8. It wasn't until I go to pick the truck up at 8 in the morning that I'm informed that I can't pick the truck up until 10 when this location opens. Needless to say I was annoyed. I had friends and family that showed up at 830 to no truck. They were just as suprised as I was. You need to work on congruency between the app and the pickup locations availabilty. Dont falsely advertise. Thats bad news bears.
MICHAEL GURTLERTruck was slightly dirty but not enough to say it wasnt clean seats, floor boards, and back of truck was great just cup holders were slightly dirty so as expected for a truck with as much use as they go through
ORION ARISTIDEI arrived approximately 40 minutes late. I did not receive a phone call for late show, but when I did arrive, the lady at Liyo Mobile was in the process of giving my reserved truck to another customer in the store. She had to back out of that transaction with the other customer. If I had arrived a little bit later, my reservation would have been gone. The truck I did receive was not broom swept, had trash in it, and had a dolly inside that was not zipped tied. I did not ask for a dolly because I had my own. So when I got to my moving location I had to sweep and clean the vehicle prior to my loading. I had to tie down the existing dolly in my personal vehicle bc I needed the space. I found out the lady changed my drop off location, when I requested a closer place. I had to call customer service and request another location but it was still 30 minutes away, which I also was charged overage miles.

Then the truck was on a 1/4th tank and we returned it well above a1/4th of a tank and still got charged for gas? I am absolutely pissed. I am going up to U-Haul today to demand my money back on the gas charge.
