pick up location was to far from San Luis obispo

Ken RI had a 20ft truck rented and when we went to pick it up it had changed to a 15ft. We had to call U-Haul and find another truck somewhere. I had an email that said we are guaranteeing you a 20-foot truck. Very Disappointed!

CHARLES MI was never told I needed to fill out the tank to the same amount that it was when I drove it. I told the U-Haul assistant I was going to drive it 75 miles so he gave me the final price. ( or I thought so) I just received the adjusted bill and besides getting charged $18.85 for fuel I also got charge an extra $30.

ALLYSON MVery easy for drop off they inspected the truck to make sure we did not forget anything under the seats on the floorboard, etc.. Very nice people.

Dickson OThe pickup and drive was quite good. The drop off was something I will never do with UHAUL again. Dropping off at a location that is seedy and a last minute change from UHAUL and not us with no parking and answering a bunch a questions on a phone app was NOT pleasant. I wont accept a last minute change like this again although, like I said, the pickup and drive were good.
Leona DGo over and inspect all your trailers. Tire was bald and would not be safe to drive. The tow straps were worn down and wasn’t comfortable with hauling. Not a good experience.
trina dWish I could remember the guys name but he was very friendly and helpful. I was returning a rental close to closing as u can get and needed a different rental asap and he got it done for me quickly and helped me figure out the smartest rental for what my plans were. Thank you!

JAMES GFortunately it is a large location. The guy was super helpful and friendly despite having many of the same trailer that we were dropping off. I think U-Haul needs a method to redistribute the inventory piling up in one location, but that is not owner/manager’s problem, so no slight on him :)

Mike JThe location for drop off was deserted. No one was around and it was 10 or after. A sign said they would be back in 30 min. After waiting for 45 we left the trailer right by the door and then filmed as we detached the trailer. We also filmed the trailer information. Very strange behavior for a business.

ENRIQUE VI have found with past equipment rentals that tire pressures are usually way off. Shouldn't be renter's responsibility to go find air. Also, some of the moving parts like the jacks that raise and lower equipment are very difficult to use and would greatly benefit from some lubrication once in a while.
ROBERT SHave dropped-off here twice and no one is in the office during listed business hours. That said, the U-Haul on-line check-in seems to work fine.
COLIN RI paid for an extra day in case I ran into problems , I did not have any problems and returned the unit as was in the original contract but will not receive a refund for the extra day . Joe consumer gets hosed again
