My recent U-Haul pickup experience was disappointing. The vehicle had a “Service TPMS” warning light on when I received it, and the fuel level was only at half a tank even though it was expected to be more. The check-in process was also much longer than expected because I had to wait for an agent, which was frustrating since I was on a strict schedule. Additionally, there was an unrequested furniture dolly left in the vehicle, taking up valuable cargo space and creating an inconvenience during my move. Overall, the vehicle was not fully prepared for pickup, and the delays and equipment issues negatively impacted my experience.
