Returning the trailer was very straightforward. Additionally, we have rented a storage unit at Local Lock It. It is clean and dry and very low-cost.

First 5x9 ramp trailer was dragging my truck down. 5 miles from pick up I called and returned trailer for a replacement. Will was very accommodating , hooked up another trailer and got me on my way. Bearings were to tight or not lined properly, second trailer no problem Paso to Phoenix.
The agent "willie" didn't give me all the equipment I needed for my move..i.e. appliance dolly but charged me for it. Overchanged days. Would not use this location again.
I arrived at my scheduled time of 4:30 to pick up the van. The place closed at 4 so I went through the app to check out the van. What an inconvenience. I didn't leave the lot until 5:15. I don't blame the local owner, the uhaul chat and phone customer service was terrible. If I had known I would have got there a half hour earlier and talked to a human.
Everything was very well organized. Employee was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend this UHAul business!

I chased a car transport trailer all day I want to give a a huge thumbs up ?? and five stars ?? ?? to Paso Robles awesome customer service. A thumbs up ?? to Bakersfield for contacting me before I drove there to let me know they didn't have the trailer. And a big giant thumbs down ?? to the Atascadero location the lady was rude and I have nothing nice to say about them and there customer service.

While renting the truck online, I looked very carefully for any mention that I needed to fuel the truck to the same amount of fuel as when I picked it up. I also checked before returning the truck. NOWHERE did I see any direction to re-fuel the truck, so I assumed that the fuel used was paid in part by the $0.79 per mile. So I returned the truck and found out thru the drop off process, that I was expected to re-fuel the truck or there would be an extra charge. The location of the office is in the middle of nowhere and is literally MANY MILES from the nearest gas station. The nearest gas station is a 9 mile round-trip from the haul office and takes 15 minutes round-trip, and I needed to leave right away for an appointment. So I was effectively forced to accept the fuel charge, which totaled $25. This amount is nowhere near the amount of fuel I used. So, given all of these circumstances, I believe it was very unfair to charge me that $25 fee. If the need to re-fuel information is in fact contained in the renting process, I would bet that it is contained in very small print. It needs to be much more visible. I also think the direction to re-fuel needs to be one of the questions that the renter physically has to click on to show that they read and understand it. I would imagine it won't happen, but again, given all of these circumstances, I would very much appreciate a refund to my credit card for the $25 fuel fee, as again, it is unfair. Thank you.
The branch itself was great. Tje woolens were very helpful and apologetic for the delays being caused by the computers. Ironically this has happened to me at other branches as well so it is systemic in the software. The Uhaul computer system is a piece of crap though. Corporate needs to do a serious overhaul on it if they want to keep customers from going elsewhere.

She went out of her way to help me and apologized for people's rudeness that had worked at other U-Haul centers. Her name is Joanne and she's incredibly kind and nice and good at her job.
Had to pickup at this location because last minute Uhaul told me they didn't have the trailer nearby. The rep at the location provided me with a really old trailer despite having plenty of newer ones nearby. After requesting a newer one, he proceeded to dent it to me.
