Mélissa D.Everythiong on that truck was frozen, the windshield washer fluid, the little motor that spills the fluid on the windshield was frozen too, the wiper blades were meant for summer conditions as it was -30C... Had to stop every now and then to throw snow at the windshield to clean it... twas a nice ride!
Jean-Francois C.i needed the truck for the week-end. The shop was closed on the week-end. They call me 2 day before telling me i have to get the keys on friday. I had to take the truck and find a place to park it until the next morning. Then i get the truck back on sunday (3 days) before the gate like the guy told me. They charged me 4 days for 2 days use and 52 miles. Next time i will make buisness with a moving company. It cost me 455.05$ (With gas) for a 2 days move over 52 miles. This makes no sence.

Guy A.Actually they are not to bad, it's the fact that when we picked up the trailer one lignt was broken and my husband had to explain how to fix it so that we could leave with the trailer to move my son. So it would be normal for the employees to know how to do the repairs.
ANNIE G.Make sure everything is functionnal, nothing is broken ( the ramp had one leg broken making it almost impossible to slide back in after loading the truck). Maybe the nature of the issue made it not easy to discover, so might not be the location's fault ?

Yvan D.Employee quickly inspected, was empathetic to my near accident and found info on new truck assigned to me to replace broken one during journey, including different fuel levels returned. I received final invoice via e-mail and was surprised to find an additional charge of $209.20 plus taxes as I thought I had made all additional payments when I collected vehicle on 2 Aug. Can you explain?

yannick B.Un meilleur service à la clientèle. On n'a eu la confirmation qu'on allait avoir ce qu'on avait commandé à peine 2-3 jours avant notre départ. De plus, on a pas eu exactement ce que nous avions demandé.
Maxime B.Actually the location of the trailer was not good at all for my car. You should change the recommendation, also considering it was 30$ higher. And I understand that you do all you can to anwser the reservation within the city, just make sure to inform the customer of the possibility that he will have to get truck elsewhere. I wasn't from the start and it took me 3 hour more time and 40$ for the fuel. I have to say that other than that, everything was awesome, customer service in french was efficient and fast.
Alex D.The inside of the truck and the windshield was very j dirty . When I mentioned it the clerk told me that it was not their job to clean it. I questioned if there had been a safety check and maintenance done on this truck. The same clerk replied that they never do it. Not very reassuring when you have to travel 600 miles. This location is not giving U Haul a good image.
