louise l- Aviser a l'avance de la procédure de récupération des clés. - J'ai louer un diable pour transporter des électroménager et je ne l'ai pas trouvé dedans (c'était un jour férié et toute était fermé) ce qui a causé un grand inconvénient pour notre déménagement, même si ils n'ont plus de diable ils auraient pu nous aviser a l'avance pour qu'on prenne nos dispositions.
