The dealer was great, I will not use U-Haul again however. They changed my reservation from 9am to 10am Which I don't have a problem with. However, the day I went to pick up the truck there was a system shut down for U-Haul. I waited over two hours to get my truckSung Jun P.

Fix the design flaw for the gas tank on the truck I used. Putting in gas caused the gasoline to bubble up and shut off excessively. It's dangerous.Caroline D.

When I received the blankets they were not folded. I even had to go back and ask for all the items I rented. The next day I get a call saying the blankets aren't folded it will be an extra $25. Don't go to this location it is the actual worst.Elysse V.
Arrive at the location at 9AM and the office was closed. Guy arrived at 9:30AM and I asked what time are they supposed to open. He said annoyingly that he had to drive all the way from San Bernardve a ino. I didn't say anything and asked myself why should that be my problem. I told him I have a reservation and he responded "reservation for what?" Needless to say the guy hates his job and extremely rude. He's oblivious to the meaning of customer service. Customers pay for his salary and he should move on to another job that he'll more interested. I'm not going back to this location again.Ferdinand A.

I had to wait over an hour for the place to open. They were suppose to open at 9 instead someone didn't show up till 1015. I don't have time to waste sitting around for people when it's their job to be on time. If I was late I would have been charged an extra day. It's only fair I'm reimbursed for my troubles.Jonathan N.

The most expensive rental on the planet. If need be, steal a truck and deliver your stuff before paying this company. Keep in mind, the company sets the rates not the vendor - and this is the case here. Good rental people and staff and accommodated me wonderfully - but the cost was high. Very high.Richard C.

Took an hour to rent out the truck, never inspected or gone over with us for issues, when we returned it with the same amount of gas in it and in same condition I got a bill for $300 additional dollars for damages that were never done to the vehicle. Money grab scheme. O and they left a bunch of moving pads in the vehicle which I just tossed aside but was still charged for them. Money grab scheme.Joseph D.

The rep at this facility was proffional and assisted me well. My issue was when I was returning the vehicle, because of heavy traffic, I called to find out my options if late? When I called, other customer service answered and transferred me 4 times. I was told Tuesday, they were closed, so if I return it on Wednesday, I would be charged for twork days. I was never told this facility wold be closed Tuesday. My call got dropped 3 times.The 4th and last customer service rep was the only one who helped. She told me, the facility would stay ooen til pm, and she let your facility rep know and she waited for me. All great, and no extra charges.armando T.

probably need more than one customer service on weekends. she was all by herself doing paperworks and getting the truck too with customers waiting. she was pretty quick though but it must have been stressful for her. other than the wait, excellent service!LILET A.

They put a return time of 6pm and did not discuss with me. I was under the impression as long as I returned it that day/ night and did not keep overnight I was fine. Wrong!!! They charged me double for "two day rental" for the extra 4 hours I had the truck.... like my divorce and moving out wasn't hard enough.Courtney S.

I only drove 6 miles and was charged for 14. My attendant that helped me first did not tell me to check the mileage so I didn't think about it. When I came back they said I drove 14 miles which is impossible due to the fact that I moved .6 miles away from my old home. I drove the truck 3 times both ways. That in NO way equaled 14 miles. I had multiple witnesses to this event. These people nickel and dime you and don't tell the truth!Richard S.
