Miserable experience trying to pick up the truck with either 15 minutes time lapse that does not give enough time for your people to contact someone without lapsing. Then the app wouldn't work over and over. Phone tree going around and around to find a human. Almost 2 hours after arrival finally got the damn truck absolutely do not recommend you all app will use rental truck from Lowe's Budget Home Depot Anyone But You Haul

When I was looking at thr instructions to pick up the key - it just said to try a certain code with the lock so I was trying to open thr key return lock. It didn’t specify it would be a numbered box - or at least I didn’t see that instruction until later. And the locks don’t work very well - adding to frustration.

SCOTT MEverything had to be done thru the U-Haul app which frankly was not easy. The app kept sending me back to the beginning when I had to enter my DL and personal information. Which this could have been done way prior to pick-up but was not told so. The lock to retrieve the key was very difficult to open. The entire process took about 40 minutes which should have taken about 10. It was very frustrating that a human was not there to help facilitate the process.
