stamatina FThis was the 3rd U-Haul location trying to pick up a truck I originally reserved elsewhere. I was able to follow the mobile pickup but lockbox 6 was not able to be found. After working with phone support they changed my reservation to another truck that had a lockbox. Truck was noisy and the left mirror would not stay in place. Had to continually adjust it during the trip. Telephone support was great at working with us to get us going between the two closed locations and the lockbox problem.
Gary WMiserable experience trying to pick up the truck with either 15 minutes time lapse that does not give enough time for your people to contact someone without lapsing. Then the app wouldn't work over and over. Phone tree going around and around to find a human. Almost 2 hours after arrival finally got the damn truck absolutely do not recommend you all app will use rental truck from Lowe's Budget Home Depot Anyone But You Haul
