IT'S AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE WHEN DEALING WITH YOUTH TODAY THAT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING & KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS THAT HELP PAY THEIR SALARIES! I JUST WISH I COULD REMEMBER THEIR NAMES...THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELPFUL MANNERS...WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE THEM!!!

My only reason for not recommending this location is due to the non-existent parking for U-Haul customers that may want to leave/park their personal vehicle there while driving the rented van.

Nathan MThe customer service representative that helped me day of up, charged me for coverage without my knowledge and then when I went to return it and supposedly get a refund I was told by the manager that I would get a refund called back and got hung up on twice while still not receiving my refund for the extra day she charged me and the coverage. I have asked for my final receipt and received nothing.

Deborah GEverything went smoothly with our rental! We were able to pick it up from the employee easily - he was very friendly and helpful. Loading and unloading went smoothly and we were able to return it much earlier than expected. Again, the employee was helpful and provided all the information about the final billing for us and we were on our way shortly after. This was my first time renting a vehicle like this and I'm happy with the choice to go with UHAUL.

Linda MThe van was clean, and the check in and out process was smooth; however, I was told that I could not park on the property because since it was not a primary U-Haul location, parking was reserved for customers who are using the storage facility, therefore, I would not be able to park my care on site. I had the option to either park my car in the residential areas or at the gas station, neither of which I felt fully comfortable with, for fear of being towed. Although the agent stated that no one had had issues before, it is still something that I wish I knew ahead of time, because I would have chosen another location.
