The truck was very dirty and I could barely see out of the windshield! The driver door was very hard to shut sounded like it was going to fall off

I had to spend an hour on the phone with customer service to walk me through your process. Your app would not work on my Android phone and my start time was not adjusted for the hour I spent on the phone. Customer service was patient and excellent.
