My son in law didn’t check in vehicle back in properly. So I have no way to prove it but we only used 22 miles. The owner of the U-Haul checked it back in and claimed we had 102 miles in mileage. There should be a way this can be checked. Cost me over 100 more in charges. Hopefully I will never have to have another U-Haul. I definitely will not get it from this location. At the end of the day, it’s my son in laws fault for not doing the right thing but it’s really ridiculous that you can’t trust the business itself
