Customer service was excellent. I had personal truck problems and was in a spot. U-HAUL Harpersville got me in a rental and even helped me get stuff moved over from the trailer. Big Thanks.

Bragan FMy son in law didn’t check in vehicle back in properly. So I have no way to prove it but we only used 22 miles. The owner of the U-Haul checked it back in and claimed we had 102 miles in mileage. There should be a way this can be checked. Cost me over 100 more in charges. Hopefully I will never have to have another U-Haul. I definitely will not get it from this location. At the end of the day, it’s my son in laws fault for not doing the right thing but it’s really ridiculous that you can’t trust the business itself
