RUSTY GWhen I come to pick up the equipment it was there but when I point the out all damage s to the tow dolly he said that he is going to marked in the contract when I sign the contract I check the contract there was no mentioning about the damages on tow dolly. I took my phone and took several photos. Since driver side strap was damage I went to the lows and got me 3600lb strap so I can safely transport my car from MO to MN. on top of the strap damage the driver side signal/stop light did not work and tow dolly had all kind of damages to the plastic fenders. AND WORST OF ALL I RESERVE IN WARRENSBURG, MO AND U-HALL SWITCH ME TO THIS LOCATION WHICH IS 14 MILES A WAY.

Alexis T## The Unacceptable Rental Experience How dare they treat customers with such blatant disregard and incompetence! The rental process was an absolute travesty, a complete and utter mess from start to finish. First, they had the audacity to change my reservation without proper notification or consent. A mere text message, which I barely glanced at, was their feeble attempt at communication. Little did I know, they had taken the liberty of splitting my reservation into two separate locations, throwing my plans into disarray. But the true insult came when I arrived at the new location, over 10 miles away from the original, only to find that they did not even offer the receiver I had specifically purchased for towing the trailer. How utterly incompetent and inconsiderate! At no fault of the location staff, I was left with the impossible task of either clairvoyantly knowing about this change or making an unnecessary detour to the original location, wasting precious time and resources. When I sought assistance from customer service, their response was nothing short of dismissive and apathetic. They failed to address the situation with the urgency and professionalism it deserved. Instead, some idiotic algorithm or calculation deemed a 10-mile distance as insignificant, completely disregarding the fact that it spanned across different towns with varying services. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable. They must do better, or risk losing the trust and patronage of their customers. Such a shoddy rental experience is an insult to those who value efficiency, communication, and quality service.

He even applied a discount he didn’t have to when I encountered a minor inconvenience relating to the prior renter. Nichole CMr Burke was very helpful. I reserved online for 4 days and the email I got back said 1 day. I called uhaul and spoke to a lady who said she fixed it but I got another reservation from uhaul saying 1 day. I went into the knob Noster location and Mr Burke fixed the issue in 10 min and printed my confirmation. I will definitely be going into the office from now on.

Christina REven though there was a 15' truck available at the location that I had rented from, I was sent 25 miles out of town to this location for pickup. Instead of being able to walk to the original location, I had to get a ride to pick up the truck. Totally unacceptable. U-Haul's assignment process does not work.
Jonathan MI would recommend anyone within 50 miles to use Lock and Key Storage. The owner is above and beyond!
Cynthia NCloser inspection of tires prior to allowing unit to be rented. That being said once I discovered there was a tire issue they got on it quickly and the problem was resolved to my total satisfaction. Also the customer representative at this location was extremely helpful and friendly would recommend them highly!
