Missing dolly, I prefer a dolly and called multiple times I’m so unset by the fact that this process also barely works. Customer service was incredibly rude. On top of it taking an additional 2 hours to even get the equipment for the move, the 24/7 rep said they had no clue what kind of discount I’d receive I don’t even see the discount on the account added for all the issues!! Please contact me with more information. I will call to see because my move was so much more difficult because of the dolly/handtruck I had to purchase myself to even do it.
