KENNETH EThe app, when checking in was very figgitty (sp) so it took awhile to get where I could retrieve the key. The next time will be easier I'm sure. The door on the truck was in need of adjustment. I had to roll the window down and grab and pull the door shut with the sill. Little things, and everything worked out pretty great.

ROGER WThe gentleman at the front desk was friendly and super knowledgeable. Mad the process super easy and smooth. I brought the transport vehicle trailer back after hours and had a hard time finding a spot in the designated parking lot that was kinda small. I managed though.

Richard SMy return was at 4pm and I called and said we have spent 5 hours in stop an go trafffic and he wanted the trailor back and ask can you have it back by 8am, I said yes and they still charged me for an extra days rental, I didn't feel that was right, as I could not help the stupid traffic and road work going to San Jose
RAY LA great place to rent with a pleasant and effcient manager who works to make sure all is good with the rental. Absolutely will do business here again. Good experience.

Henry SI did get charged for a $8.00 safe tow fee which I did not select. I would like a refund for that. Not sure how that was added on.
Daniel MThe trilauler inside was clean the lot was just dirt. All the vehicles were dirty on the outside. The lot itself appeared as a back country yard.

David FThe trailer had a defective tire. At 50 mph it created a dramatic vibration in the entire vehicle. It had a blowout after about 400 miles. We had to wait for 90 minutes for roadside assistance

Eddie RWas easy to pick up and all went well. We noticed a low tire after loading. Waited to next morning to leave, so brought PSI to appropriate level at night then found the pressure 10 lbs below previous level next morning. Called u haul support, a person/company was promptly dispatched. He showed up in the determined time frame and quickly and pleasantly changed the tire. He did an excellent job! We drove to our drop off location with absolutely no issues.
