Make customers FULLY aware that the location they make the reservation for is only "well, maybe, if we have a truck there". Luckily, there was one available at a location about 10 miles away, but I had to make arrangements to drop off there, whereas the location I requested was within walking distance, at a time that I did not h ave ready transportation.
