Changed the location a day before pickup instead ò 3 miles from my house it was 16 miles they charged me more than the quoted price
DONALD RMy reservations was canceled twice due to location not having the truck they allow reservations on and the third location was out of the way forcing me to use twice the mileage. Then they told me that I would get a refund for only 50 and they sent that to the wrong card. This service was horrible. I should have gotten the entire rental free.
VANTREASEA JI reserved a truck and auto transport. I have a confirmation for both items. When I picked up my truck the store did not have the auto transport. Dispatch sent me to two additional U-haul stores and neither had an auto transport. I had to leave my vehicle in Kentucky while I completed my move to North Carolina. I now need to fly back to Kentucky in order to pick up personal vehicle. This effectively doubles the cost of my move in addition to another full day of travel. I would have made alternative arrangements for my move if I knew in advance that an auto transport was not available. 1800-628-1314

Kevin MThe staff was prompt and the young man who hooked up the trailer went above and beyond to get me on the road. So professional, that he refused a tip after having to cut my hitch lock off to switch ball sizes. He should be recognized for this humble act! I wish I remembered his name.

Vantreasea JThe back of the truck was filthy. I had to sweep the back of the truck before putting my furniture and items in the back. The man who was handling my paperwork had his small child in the office with him and he spanked her and cursed at her while I was in the office. It was completely unprofessional. The truck was very raggedy and he snuck and added insurance to the truck even though I told him more than once that I didn’t want to add insurance.

John MIt was difficult to find...the employee tallish, skinny white dude with glasses wasn't helpful in disconnecting my auto transport. And not observant on the amount of gas I picked up with and dropped off with, because they were the same amount or more than. And he charged me extra and smiled like everything was good....
marie sHard to get a hold of an employee. Once I did, I managed to park the truck where he pointed towards, but was later charged a fee for parking it “in the way”.

Michael YI was giving incorrect location hours for drop off location . It was dark no lighting area for after hour drop off more so for a women. I called the location to speak with Boza to inform him of all the truck issues to ensure he didn’t rent the truck out to another person without getting the truck service for the safety of customers. I didn’t feel safe and I wasn’t save . I took a video as no one else need to loose a life that can be prevented with during the proper maintenance service to all trucks before renting to another customers

Gina HI chose this location because of the hours posted on-line. However, when I arrived the location had a sign posted that they were closed on Sundays. The location was clean but I would not call it inviting. I did not interact with any personnel. Other than the hours I did not have a problem but in my opinion if a business decides to have a website, that website should be up-to-date.

I was late for my pick up because Uhaul couldn’t get their shit together. I have an account and rented a few weeks ago and I should not have had to deal with such horrible service. The location was excellent but your phone and chat reps were subpar.
Tamara HNo one was there for pick up of rental at 10 am . Person who answered door said those people wouldn't be there until 11 am. When pick up rental finally at 11:30 am they did not extend my rental until the time I picked up. Even though your website sent me a gaurtee that I could pick up uhaul at 10 am. No one contacted me to say no one would be at that location until 11 am. So I was dropped off to a place and couldn't even get the rental. I had to get a ride to leave and get another ride back up to the location again. Just because I was emailed and texted that I could pick uhaul up at 10 am
Timothy WThe guy was friendly and helpful but I had to go to a separate location 11 miles away from where I originally was supposed to pick up my truck. Then, I was told the truck had 1/4 tank of gas but when I got in there were 39 miles to empty and this location is in the extreme west end of Louisville, nowhere near where I was going. I was already out of time because I'd scheduled to pick the truck up during my lunch hour and my coworker who gave me a ride had to get back for a meeting. Again, the guy was friendly but the whole experience was unpleasant, with the sole exception of the $50 credit. The people at Classie Car Wash were completely unhelpful. Their advice was to have a seat and wait for the previous renter to return the truck they had schedule me to pick up.
Stephen LMake sure you know exactly what you need before you reserve the truck. Through no faualt of uhaul there was confusion with the rental. Uhaul adapted and wonderfully handled the change. Thank you.
MaryAnn VWhen appointments are set employees need to there because some personal that rent are on a time limit and not leaving to get lawnmowers.Also was given a price and print out of my cost , but received a higher price at new location.
